SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Macadamia and Rosa Moschata oils: rich in unsaturated fatty acids (soften the cellular membranes). It softens and nourishes the skin.

• T.M.G. (Natural amino acids): they provide elasticity to the skin. They have a fast water regulation function. They protect the skin against the thermal stress (even extreme cold). They have anti-irritating properties. They are effective to treat a strong dehydration.

• Fagus Sylvatica: extracted from beech tree’s buds, rich in phytostimulins. Beech tree’s buds are a rich energetic reserve that is why they are able to stimulate the cellular metabolism. This new active ingredient, derivate from “gemmotherapy”, activates the protein synthesis, smoothes the skin, improves the oxygen consumption of cells of 70% and increases the hydration of 30%.

• Concentration of phospholipids: facilitates the penetration and circulation of water in depth. They really moisturize superficially (more than 61%) and deeply (more than 26%). They revitalize the skin (more than 26% of elasticity).

• Lipidic active ingredient: plant origin (flax, soya, wheat). It is composed of essential fatty acids, retinol phospholipids and tocopherol. It reinforces the cellular cohesion, compensates for the lost of natural lipids and softens the epidermis.

• Mango butter: extracted from the mango kernel, rich in vitamin C. It has a healing effect on the skin.

• Wheat Germ butter: rich in vitamin E. It softens and replenishes the skin.

• Vitamin A: stimulates the fabrication of collagen and elastin fibers.

Apply few drops to cleansed skin every morning and night. Then, it is possible to apply one of the Nutrimoor creams (night or day).

When the skin is 35 years old, it is recommended to use the Nutrimoor Serum as a preventive action.
