SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Aloe Vera : « Barbados Aloes » with yellow flowers, originated from north Africa, this oily gel is extracted from leaves. Known in ancient Egypt as the « plant of Immortality », aloe vera represents the symbol of perfect happiness. This gel was used for its high moisture power, and high content in Vitamins B, minerals and amino-acids. In cosmetics, its strong water retention capacity helps skin to keep suppleness, and its anti-free radicals action revitalizes.

Macadamia oil : the tree has been discovered in Australia by Dr Mac Adam. The oil is extracted from the nuts and contains 80% of unsaturated fatty acids. They act on the permeability of the cellular membrane, thereby increasing the cell’s ability to receive nutrients and prevent their oxydation. The skin is calmed, more supple and nourished. Also helps defense against UV rays.

Squalane : originally extracted from shark liver oil. Nowadays extracted from Olive oil. It is similar to skin sebum and therefore well accepted by your skin which is protected from dehydration and dryness.

Jasmine extract : originated from India and China around the 16th century, plant with highly aromatic flowers. This expensive material is obtained by maceration of flowers that have been picked before sunrise. Main actions : anti-ageing, hydrating and whitening.

Peach tree leaves : the peach tree is originated in Europe (Italy, Greece, France, Spain) and its long leaves have a calming and anti-tyrosinase effect (against enzymes responsible for skin coloration).

Raspberry : this small berry’s color can vary from white to red. It contains anthocyanines, ellagic acid, and strong flavonoids (anti-oxydant), as well as manganese, iron, and vitamin C. It boosts cellular breathing and clears skintone.

Apple : common fruit with more than 2000 varieties. It was used as a beauty product in Europe during the Renaissance. It contains malic acid, a soft and natural AHA which improves skin’s hydration and fades away pigmentation spots.
