SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This serum uses nanospher technology for best efficiency of the hydrating ingredients. Nanosphers are smaller than 100 nanometers. They act as small “sponges” making water reserves, which liberate the active ingredients progressively during the day or night. The skin can use the right quantity of product for every hour.

• Chitosan: strong hydrating and soothing ingredient extracted from seashells. It protects and reinforces the tissues. It participates to the cellular regeneration.

• Sodium Hyaluronate: this ingredient slows down the speed of water evaporation and improves the skin’s potential to retain water. It has hydrating properties.

• Grape Polyphenols: extracted from grape seeds, these natural substances have been proven as very strong against free radicals and protecting collagen and elastin fibers. They are vascular protectors and reinforce the resistance of tissues and veins. They protect the polyunsaturated fatty acids that provide suppleness to the cellular membranes. They are contained into liposomes for best efficiency in the skin. They are 50 times more active than vitamin E and circulate very rapidly.
• Superoxyde Dismutase (S.O.D.) Enzyme (contains 75% of selenium): it protects the skin against oxygen free radicals caused by UV rays or environmental factors. It has a well-known side action, which calming irritations.
• Polysaccharids (rich in sugar): sugars are part of the NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) and are known to help water retention. The sugars in the skin are closely linked with Keratin.
• Urea: part of the NMF. Very often used to treat dry and dehydrated skins, it helps water getting fixed on protein chains.
• Vitamin E: trapped inside nanosphers for a strong action against free radicals directly inside the skin. It improves the blood circulation.
• Vitamin F: mix of unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic acids), which are part of essential fatty acids composing the cellular membrane’s phospholipids. The cellular membrane is more fluid and capable to receive the essential elements.
• Panthenol: pro-vitamin B5. It stimulates the cellular proliferation, helps tissues to heal, calms and maintains the natural hydration.
• Trace elements complex (zinc + Magnesium): activates the fabrication of new cells and boosts the S.O.D. enzyme. Anti free radicals and anti-aging actions.
