SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Apricot Kernel Oil: rich in oleic and linoleic acids and vitamin A. It is a nourishing, hydrating and regenerating ingredient. Easily absorbed, it tones the epidermis.

• Butcherbroom extract: anti-inflammatory plant with calming and vein-tonic properties.

• Olibanum extract: anti-inflammatory and anti-oedema plant.

• Arnica extract: plant traditionally used to heal contusions. It has anti-inflammatory properties.

• Calendula extract: yellow flower from mediterranean regions. This plant has anti-inflammatory, anti-oedema (faradiol), and anti-oxydant properties (flavonoids). Its soothing and calming properties have been used in cosmetics for a long time.

• Centella asiatica extract: originated in Asia and Oceania, this plant’s properties have been known for 2000 years. The Legend states that Elephants have a long life because they eat a lot of centella asiatica, and also that wounded animals will heal with Centella leaves. This plant acts on unsufficient blood circulation, and on collagen production. It is used as a medicinal plant in both Ayurvedic & Chinese medicines. In cosmetics, it is used for its soothing and regenerating properties.

• Saint John’s Wort extract: soothing and smoothing properties.

• Panthenol: vitamin B5. It participates to the antibodies production and prevents pigments from oxidizing due to the age.

• Urea: part of the NMF. Hydrating, it increases the water reserve of the epidermis.

• Tocopherol acetate: vitamin E antioxidant, anti-aging, it reinforces the vein walls.

• Allantoin: stimulating and astringing.

• Rosa Canina: essential oil of rose. Anti-wrinkles.

• Vitis vinifera: polyphenols of grape seed. Antioxidant, it repairs veins. Its action is 50 times more important than vitamin E.

Apply locally to blotches and redness morning and evening. This cream is not protective. Apply your usual cream as soon as the Soothing Cream penetrates. Do not use this cream for face massage. Can also be applied after depilation for calming effect.
