SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Vitamin C: protected by micro-capsules of carragenate (seaweed origin). One part of these capsules is destructed by the application and liberates the vitamin C that is immediately used. The skin’s enzymes destruct the other part of these capsules (delay effect). Vitamin C is an antioxidant. It activates the collagen synthesis and catalyzes all the biochemical reactions of the cell.

• Vitamin A, E & F: are incapsulated in polysorbate micro-spheres. These micro-spheres act when they start to be destructed by the skin.

Vitamin A: associated with vitamin E, it participates to the good quality of the inter-cellular cement. It improves the skin elasticity and tonicity.

Vitamin E: antioxidant. It slows the aging down. Associated with vitamin C, it accelerates the cellular renewal.

Vitamin F: essential poly-unsaturated fatty acids, essential to the formation and the functioning of the cellular membranes. It is a determinant coenzyme in the keratin synthesis.

• Soya Protein: vegetable proteins that have a nourishing action on the cells. It has a lifting effect and tighten the tissues. It softens and moisturizes the skin. It has a water-retention action.

• Linseed extract (or flaxseed): emollient.

• Urea: part of the N.M.F. Hydrating agent.

After cleansing the skin, apply every night to the face, neck and décolleté:

• From 2 to 4 drops: for a “vitamin” effect.

• More than 4 drops: for a lifting effect.

Recommended for lifeless skin (after summer times).

For dry skin, use the Lifting Serum associated with the Age Beauty Control to avoid the lifting effect. For young skin, can be applied to the eye contour as a preventive action.
