SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Cinnamon: extracted from a 10 to 15m high tree, originally from South-East Asia and Sri Lanka. The part used is the second layer of bark, which can be removed after the rainy season. In ancient times, it was considered a royal present offered with myrrh, incense, and gold. Cinnamon arrives in Europe in medieval times and is used a magic medecine plant, but also as a renown spice in sweet preparations. Its tube shape (the bark rolls itself when drying in the sun) is typical. It contains glucids, calcium, flavonoids, and OPC (procyanidolic oligomeres), essential oils ... which provide a strong stimulating and anti-oxydant action.

• Matrikines PAL-GHK and PAL-GQPR : matrikines are messenger peptides able to activate some genes responsible for the slow-down of cellular renewal. The extra-cellular matrix contains collagen fibers, proteoglycanes of hyaluronic acid, and glucosaminoglycanes. All these components diminish with age and provoke wrinkles. In-vivo 2 month test with this active ingredient show a decrease of 45% in small wrinkles.

• Peptide PAL-GQPR : it is a part of immunoglobine G (antibody). This lipopeptide slows down the effects of skin-ageing (it controls the production of cytokines), improves firmness and elasticity, while refining skin texture. It shows better results (in-vitro) than dhea.

• Hyaluronic acid: included in glucosaminoglycanes. It has a very high water retention power (up to 1000 times its own size) to compensate the corneous layer water loss. High quality ingredient without occlusive effect, it slows down skin-ageing by keeping moisture of collagen fibers. After 50 years old, the skin loses a lot of hyaluronic acid.

• Marine Collagen: collagen is a glycoprotein of the derm which represents 90% of the dry weight of the skin. It has a hish water retention capacity but its activity slows down with ageing. The collagen from marine origin has the following properties: repairs skin dammages, stimulates the natural collagen production of the skin, improves skin elasticity and of course moisture.

• Retinol: stabilized vitamin A with strong anti-oxydant effect. Stimulates the long-term production of collagen and elastin fibers.

In the evening on a cleansed skin (DNA cleansing cream + DNA lotion)
