SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FGF-2 (FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR)
The fibroblasts produce collagen, elastin, fibronectin, and proteoglycans, all substances located between cells and major components of the connective tissue. The fibroblasts vital role is to repair lesions/injuries, and their dynamic process can be influenced by various chemical messengers.
The most important fibroblast is FGF-2. With ageing, FGF-2 activity decreases, so do collagen and proteoglycanes which visibly translates into skin density loss and deeper wrinkles.
The extract of Hibiscus (selected among more than 2000 varieties) stimulates FGF-2. Efficiency tests have shown the following results :

• +23% of collagen
• +294% of GAGS (GlucosAminoGlycaneS)
• - 50% in wrinkle depth (after 42 days)

VEGETAL STEM CELLS

With ageing, skin tissues do not have proper cell renewal any more. So they progressively lose their hability to work properly. Stem cells also age with the body, thereby having less regenerating properties. On the skin, there is a general ageing process of cells (epiderm, derm, pores) directly linked to the slowdown of stem cells located in these areas. This natural ageing process is emphasized with oxydant stress of the environment.

The vegetal stem cells extracted from peas protect and activate epidermic stem cells. Efficiency tests have shown the following results :

MESSENGER PEPTIDES (PGHL and PGGPA)

A Peptide is a polymer made of oilgo-elements linked to each other by peptidic links. Peptides composed of a low number of amino-acids are named oligo-peptides. They can also be ranked according to the quantity of amino-acids they contain (dipeptides for 2 amino-acids, tripeptides for 3, polypeptides for more).

The PGHL and PGGPA peptides are messengers capable of regulating cell activity by acting on their specific receivers. They allow the extracellular matrix renewal and the proliferation of cells in the epiderm.

Peptide PGHL : Palmitol-Glycine-Histidine-Lysine

Peptide PGGPA : Palmitol-Glycine-Glutamine-Proline-Arginine

Efficiency tests have shown the following results :

• +15% of hyaluronic acid (after 72h)
• +35% of collagen (after 72h)
• - 20% in wrinkle depth (after 2 months use)
• - 40% in wrinkle surface (after 2 months use)

Apply preferably in the evening on cleansed skin (DNA cleansing milk – DNA lotion). If the ampoule is not fully used in the evening, you must apply the remaining quantity latest on the next morning under your day cream. Renew the program (10 ampoules) every 2 months after 40 years of age. In case of very tired skin or strong premature signs of ageing, use program monthly.
