SHIPPING: Our shipping policy is as follows:

Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped using standard shipping. For in-stock products, we ship within 2 business days of the order being received. Standard shipping is either ground freight or air freight and may take 5-15 days to reach you depending on your location. All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Mumbai.

Express Shipping: Under specific requests, we may expedite orders via express air freight on a best effort basis.

All shipping times are estimates subject to variation and serviceability of your zip code.

RETURNS:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@remylaure.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Macadamia nut oil : this australian nut is very rich in oil (78%) and unsaturated fatty acids (60%). This oil is extracted by cold press. It penetrates the skin easily. Highly nourishing and hydrating, it also has calming properties for sensitive skins.

• Virgin Borage Oil : this mediterranean plant produces beautiful blue flowers of which a rich oil is extracted. This oil is very rich in gamma-linoleic acid (17 to 25%) easily used by cellular membranes to improve their suppleness nd permeability. Main properties : anti-ageing, hydrating, firming.

• Arbutin : natural glucosid of Hydroquinone, extracted from a small mediterranean bush (busserole). Its main action is to decrease the activity of tyrosinase, thereby lightening skintone.

• Peach tree leaves : the peach tree is originated in Europe (Italy, Greece, France, Spain) and its long leaves have a calming and anti-tyrosinase effect (against enzymes responsible for skin coloration).

• Raspberry : this small berry’s color can vary from white to red. It contains anthocyanines, ellagic acid, and strong flavonoids (anti-oxydant), as well as manganese, iron, and vitamin C. It boosts cellular breathing and clears skintone.

• Apple : common fruit with more than 2000 varieties. It was used as a beauty product in Europe during the Renaissance. It contains malic acid, a soft and natural AHA which improves skin’s hydration and fades away pigmentation spots.

• Urea : component of the NMF (12%) Natural Moisturizing Factor. Maintains natural hydration around cells. This hydrating agent retains 80% of its weight of water. It increases the cornea layer elasticity and gives a soft touch to the skin.

• Marine Collagen: our skin tissues are composed of 80% collagen. This protein composes the structure of the epidermis, gives firmness, but also elasticity and hydration. Some internal causes (nutrition, ageing) and external causes (sun, pollution) will deteriorate the collagen fibers, thereby producing wrinkles and less elasticity. An outside supply of collagen will help the skin to remain younger.

• Jasmine extract : is the « queen flower » used in perfumery. Mainly produced in China & India, it is also cultivated in Grasse in the south of France. Antiageing and whitening effects.

Double action night cream (whitening & anti-ageing). Apply on cleansed skin (with whitening cleansing milk & lotion), massage until completely absorbed on face and neck. For dark skin or freckles, use whitening serum first (directly on freckles).
